Union City, Tenn.–Tyler Lee Pugh was arrested overnight in Union County and the two minors believed to be with him were found safe.

An #Endangered Child Alert has been issued for Leala Joy Tittle and Gabriella Proffitt on behalf of the Obion County Sheriff’s Office. Both are 16 years old.
They were last seen around 7a (EST) in Mayfield, KY, and may currently be in the Knoxville area.
Leala and Gabriella are believed to be with Tyler Lee Pugh.
He is 28 years old, 6’, 130 lbs. with brown eyes and brown hair, and is known to wear glasses. A warrant for Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor has been issued for Pugh.
Pugh is believed to be driving a 2011 red Ford Focus with TN tag 586BGYM.
Leala Joy Tittle is 5’4”, 120 lbs. She has hazel eyes and dark brown hair.
Gabriella is 5’7” and 162 lbs. She has blue eyes and brown hair.
