Paris, Tenn.–A Paris man was sentenced Monday to serve 12 years in state prison on rape charges.
Joshua Lee Enoch, age 40, was convicted by a Henry County Circuit Court jury in March of all charges brought againsst him: two counts of rape and one count of aggravated statutory rape. He was arrested in January.
At Monday’s sentencing, he was ordered to serve 100 percent of the sentence in prison.
Circuit Court Judge Bruce Griffey presided over the sentencing.
