Robert “Bob” Crocker, 88, of Gallatin, Tennessee, passed away Saturday, May 20, 2023, at NHC of Gallatin.
Robert Lewis Crocker was born Thursday, February 14, 1935, in Indianapolis, Indianam to the late Harry L. Crocker and the late Ora Lee Terry Crocker.
Bob was longtime owner operator of the Shamrock Resort in Buchanan.
He was very active in promoting tourism for the Resort, Henry County and the state of Tennessee.
He married Barbara Boyd Crocker Saturday, October 26, 1957, and she preceded him in death Monday, February 13, 2017.
Bob is survived by his grandchildren: Robert Neyland (Anna) Crocker, of Gallatin, and Kellye (Pharris) Garcia, of Flowery Branch, Georgia; great-grandchildren: Madelyn, Austin, Mollie and Grayson Crocker and Asher, Ren, and Desmond Garcia; one sister and by brother: Harry Crocker, of Clarksville.
Arrangements by McEvoy Funeral Home, Paris, Tennessee.
His funeral service will be 12:30 P.M. Thursday, May 25, 2023 at McEvoy Funeral Home with grandson, Pharris Garcia officiating. Burial will follow the service in Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled on Thursday, after 11:30 A.M. until service at 12:30 P.M.
