Fremont, Ky.–Graves County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the area of Fremont Friday as reports came in of significant damage to homes in and around that area from a suspected tornado touchdown. Fremont is located just a couple of miles north of the McCracken / Graves County Line.
Sheriff Jon Hayden said, “The damage was significant. Deputies assisted in searching homes that were destroyed for anyone that may have been trapped or injured, and also assisted homeowners with removing valuables. Our thoughts and prayers go out to those families affected.”
