Union City, Tenn.–The Obion County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a suspect who they consider to be armed and dangerous.
Dartavyous La’Dre Howard, age 30, of Union City, is wanted for Felony Reckless Endangerment with a Weapon following an incident on Hollie Hutcherson Rd in Union City back in December of 2022.
