Paris, Tenn.–Santa was busy Tuesday listening to Christmas wishes at the Paris Board of Public Utilities’ ‘Jingle & Mingle’ open house. The BPU’s Customer Service Representatives–Lisa Dolliver, Katelynne Allison, Velvet Arnold, Nikki Beard, and Ashton Norris–made sure Santa was listening.
