Murray, Ky.–On Monday, the Hutson School of Agriculture at Murray State celebrated the retirement of Dean Dr. Tony Brannon with students, faculty and staff.
Dr. Brannon, of Puryear, will retire at the end of 2022 after a lengthy career at Murray State. He was recently recognized by the Kentucky Ag Council on his years of service.
After receiving his PhD from Oklahoma State in 1988, Dr. Brannon returned to Murray State, becoming the Dean of the Hutson School of Agriculture in 2005. He said he is proud of the achievements and growth made by the Hutson School over the years.
