Mrs. Peggy Crain Makarski, 87, of Dover, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at Diversicare of Dover with her loving family by her side.
She was born Friday, October 11, 1935, in Dover, Tennessee, the beloved daughter of the late Dorace and Ora Armstrong Crain.
Ms. Peggy retired as a clerk from McDonald Douglas Company in Florida. Peggy was a fun-loving person. She enjoyed the outdoors, nature and was an accomplished artist giving her beautiful paintings to family and friends. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and leaves behind many friends to cherish her memory.
She is survived by her loving and caring family: son: Keith Makarski (Cary), of Michigan; daughter: Pamela Tettonborn of Arizona; brother: Bobby Dean Crain (Linda), of Dover, Tennessee; sister: Katie “Maloy” Koch (Norm), of Dover, Tennessee; grandchildren: Justin Tettonborn (Martha), Kayley Kimler (Tyler); several great grandchildren and fur-baby, Cody.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 14, 2022, at Heflin Cemetery with Bro. Glenn Byrd officiating.
