Paris, Tenn.–The Henry County School System welcomes back Kenneth Humphreys as director for the middle school choir program.
He joins Jeremy O’Neal, who is currently working with middle school students in the district’s after school programs.
Rev. Humphrey retired a few years ago as over 30 years as a music educator in the Henry County Schools district, including as long-time Director of the Madrigals. He also is a Henry County Commissioner, pastor of the Cedar Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Cottage Grove and was named the Chamber Person of the Year in 2019.
Director of Schools Dr. Leah Watkins said, “We are excited to have these two great educators working to develop vocal opportunities for Henry County students.”
