Paris, Tenn.–Tuesday was Musical Instrument Day at the W.G. Rhea Library Storyhour, but as you can see not everyone was enjoying the music. The Storyhour was held outdoors at the Atkins-Porter Neighborhood Botanical Garden in Paris.
