Paris, Tenn.—It’s looking even more like Christmas in downtown Paris now that Millard Nichols was putting the finishing touches on his holiday murals on the front windows at 110 W. Washington St., where the annual Festival Of Trees will be held. Nichols, of Paris, is a professional painter who works in Henry, Carroll and surrounding counties.
