Paris, Tenn.–The Henry County Sheriff’s Office, in conjunction with officials inthe Henry County School System, have been investigating the rumors of a threat to a student at Lakewood School.
Sheriff Josh Frey said, “At this time through the investigation process the rumor is unsubstantiated. However out of an abundance of caution the Henry County Sheriff’s Office will have extra officers at Lakewood School” today.
“At this time nor at any point during investigation, was there any direct threat to the school or anything occurring during school,” he said.
