Fulton, Ky. – A missing woman and a wanted felon were located around 10:30 a.m. this morning at a motel in Fulton, Ky.
Lori Peavy, age 41, was found unharmed. Billy Joe Williams, age 42, of Armory, Miss., was found with her and was arrested on a Kentucky indictment charging him with assault second degree and tampering with a witness.
Williams is now lodged in the Marshall County Jail.
Earlier, the Kentucky State Police asked for the public’s assistance locating Peavy, who was last seen in the Paducah area.
Williams has multiple active warrants to include a felony indictment in Kentucky for Assault 2nd Degree. The KSP said he is to be considered dangerous and should not be approached.
The KSP said it was concerned for the safety of Ms. Peavy and requested anyone who may know her whereabouts to call immediately.
The investigation is continuing by Trooper Jody Cash.
