Dresden, Tenn.–With Weakley County Schools having additional propane buses in their fleet, the Sharon Fire Department held a training on the main functions and safety features of the buses.
During the session, the fire crew learned how to disconnect the battery supply, properly shut off the propane fuel in case of an accident or fire and practiced how to extricate patients from a crashed bus scene.
