julien-hardin-caught

Weakley County, Tenn.–A joint operation between the Weakley County Sheriff’s Department, Special Agents of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, and Tennessee Highway Patrol Aviation Division led to the arrest of First Degree Murder suspect Julien De Mone Hardin. Hardin was arrested in a rural Weakley County area without incident.

Hardin, age 36, of Mobile, Ala., had been placed on Tennessee’s Most Wanted List earlier this week.

As we reported earlier this week, Hardin was wanted in the murder of Terry Beard, age 49, of Milan, whose body was found lying on the side of the road outside of McKenzie July 10.
Another suspect, Tiffany Grogan, age 28, of Dresden, is already in custody, charged with first degree murder and aggravated robbery in the shooting death of Beard.

Weakley County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the area of Bells Store and Patterson Roads just outside of McKenzie (in the Weakley County portion of McKenzie) on July 10.

Investigator Marty Plunk said deputies found Beard lying on the side of the road. He had been shot and was deceased.
