The Historic Atkins-Porter Neighborhood Association invites the public to an ice cream social fundraiser at the Neighborhood Botanical Garden, Saturday, July 16 from 4 -6 pm.

“We are so proud of our community’s first botanical garden at 311 Jackson Street,” according to Atkins-Porter Neighborhood Association President Rachel Terrell. “Now that so many of the plants are in full bloom, we wanted to invite folks to visit, have some delicious ice cream, enjoy a family photo opportunity and donate to the cause.” With a limited number of servings, visitors are encouraged to come early for ice cream.
