Paris, Tenn.–The Lunch & Learn on the U.S. Constitution postponed from last week is set for noon Friday, July 15 at the Paris-Henry County Heritage Center.

Paris Attorney Bill Looney will be the speaker at the program, which is part of the Paris-Henry County Bicentennial Celebration.
