Henry, Tenn.–A collision between a vehicle and an 18-wheeler resulted in minor injuries to the car’s occupants Sunday morning in Henry County.
Henry Volunteer Firefighers were dispatched on a report of a motor vehicle accident in the area of Lumber Rd and Highway 79 S at 8 a.m. Sunday.
Rescue 1 and Engine 3 responded to the scene to find a vehicle collided with an 18-wheeler, with the airbags deployed. Henry County Sheriff’s Office was on scene along with the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
The occupants had minor injuries and one victim was transported by personal vehicle to the emergency room for further treatment. The cause of the accident is still under investigation by THP.
