Paris, Tenn.–Rick Conger of Paris won Best of Show at the 30th annual Captured Moments Photography Showcase overseen by the Paris-Henry County Arts Council. The showcase is sponsored by Dr. Danny and Martha Jo Kimberlin, who handed out the awards at a reception Sunday.
The showcase will be on display at the W.G. Rhea Library through May 20.
Conger won for his photo, “The Crossroads” of his friend Willie Huston with banjo.
