Paris, Tenn.–A special presentation for a special man was held at Tuesday night’s Paris Special Schools District meeting, at which “The Latta Lab” was named for the late Coach and Teacher Todd Latta at Inman School.
The presentation included a video of Latta’s life and what he meant to the school’s students and staff and was followed by a reception for dozens of family and friends who gathered.
Latta was a long-time educator and coach who passed away in October of 2020.
A plaque etched with Latta’s photo states: “The Latta Lab: In loving memory of Coach Todd Latta, Beloved STEM teacher, enthusiastic coach, beloved husband and father, March 19, 1973-October 11, 2020.”
