
Paris, Tenn.–Paris Board of Public Utilities said a fault in the line of the primary substation was to blame for the latest outage that is affecting some 6,000 customers.
BPU officials also said, “Due to the high call volume you may experience trouble getting through to a Customer Support Representative. You can report outages in the MyBPU App, but we ask that you please refrain from reporting outages via Facebook as we have no way to track those.”
