
Henry County is at the top of the list of area counties in terms of the percentage of people who have received their COVID-19 vaccines.
As of today, March 18, 2021, the State Department of Health’s vaccine dashboard shows:
In Henry County, 23.42 percent of the population has received at least one vaccine dose, with 15.91 percent totally vaccinated. A total of 12,674 people have been vaccinated so far.
In Benton County, 23.08 percent have received at least one dose, with 13.53 percent having received both doses, for a total of 5,931 people being vaccinated.
In Carroll County, 22.81 percent have received at least one dose, with 14.65 percent having received two doses. A total of 10,419 have been vaccinated.
Stewart County is recording 18.26 percent of its population with at least one dose, with 9.10 percent with two doses, for a total of 3,753 people having been vaccinated there.
In Obion County, 18.18 percent of the population has received at least one dose and 11.29 percent have received both doses. A total of 8,904 residents have been vaccinated.
In Weakley County, 16.89 percent of the population has received at least one dose and 10.66 percent have received two doses, for a total of 9,212 residents receiving vaccinations.
Statewide, a total of 2,037,675 residents received vaccinations, with 17.90 percent of the population has received at least one dose.
