Body Recovered From Lake Is Identified

Buchanan, Tenn.—The body of a Henry County man was recovered from Kentucky Lake this morning by the Henry County Sheriff’s Office and TWRA.
 
Sheriff Monte Belew said the man has been identified as Dale Ross, age 78, of Pineview Dr.
 
According to the sheriff’s office, Ross was fishing with a friend and fell out of their boat and into the water near the power lines on the lake.
 
Investigation has revealed that Ross died of natural causes before he fell in the water. According to Captain Adam Jenkins, the death is not being classified as a drowning.
 
Belew said the sheriff’s office extends its thoughts and prayers to the family of Mr. Ross.
