
South Fulton, Tenn.–A Greenfield man was arrested on drug charges when he was found with nine pounds of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop in Obion County.
On Saturday, October 31, 2020, Investigators with the Obion County Sheriff’s Office, assisted by the Tennessee Highway Patrol and the South Fulton Police Department, made a traffic stop on Hwy 45 South in South Fulton.
The driver of the vehicle, Victor S. Skinner, age 49, was found to be in possession of vacuumed sealed packages containing nine lbs of Marijuana. Skinner was arrested and transported to the Obion County Jail, and he was later released on a $10,000 bond.
