
McKenzie, Tenn.–Tennessee College of Applied Technology-McKenzie inducted nine students into the National Technical Honor Society on August 12, 2020.
The ceremony was conducted by Maureen Sledd, Administrative Office Technology Instructor and National Technical Honor Society Advisor.
To qualify, the student must be entering at least their second trimester, must maintain an “A” average and must not have missed more than 22 hours in their previous trimester. The student must also promote the ideals of honesty, service, leadership, and skill development among the future workforce. The student is nominated by his/her instructor for admittance into the NTHS.
Inductees for the Spring and Summer trimesters are as follows: From Administrative Office Technology (AOT) Jordan Hinson from Hollow Rock, and Trista Vickers from South Fulton. From Automotive Technology (AUTO) Daniel Parfait from Martin and Charles Casteel from Camden. From Heating, Ventilation, Air Condition, and Refrigeration Program (HVAC), David Malone from Cedar Grove and Derek Bagby from Palmersville. From Information Technology Systems Management program (ITSM), Timothy Fann from McKenzie and Jacob Jarboe from Martin. From McKenzie Welding Campus, Zachary Carr from Milan.
