UNION CITY, Tenn. — The Adult Leadership Obion County program marked the culmination of another successful year with a graduation ceremony held at White Squirrel Winery & Vineyard. The evening brought together the 2025-2026 program participants, board members, and supporters for a celebration of leadership, growth, and community engagement.

Guests enjoyed a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a delicious meal thanks to host Bill Sanderson and his team at the winery. The highlight of the evening was a powerful and inspiring message delivered by Dr. Selena Dozier, who encouraged the graduates to “Go Be Great!”

The event honored the dedication of this year’s class members, recognizing their commitment to personal development and civic leadership. Organizers expressed hope that participants would carry the lessons learned throughout the program forward as they continue to make a positive impact across Obion County and the region.

“We are proud of this year’s graduating class and the dedication they showed throughout the program,” said Rachael McKinney, Executive Director. “These individuals have invested in themselves and in the future of Obion County, and we are excited to see the impact they continue to make within our communities.”

The Adult Leadership Obion County program, facilitated by the Obion County Chamber of Commerce, equips emerging leaders with the tools, knowledge, and connections to strengthen the local community through service and collaboration.

Applications for the 2026-2027 class will open in June 2026. The application can be found on the Adult Leadership website, Adult Leadership Facebook page, or through the Obion County Chamber of Commerce newsletter.
