Paris, Tenn.–Thanks to Henry County High School Students Aubry McMasters and Karsyn Dempsey, their teacher Mary Thrash and the Paris-Henry County Jaycees, children in Henry County will be receiving free coloring books written by the two students about the World’s Biggest Fish Fry.
The two wrote the book for a class at UT Martin and both are aspiring teachers.
Fish Fry Assistant General Manager Chris Hollingsworth told the crowd at last night’s Fish Tent opening that the Jaycees board “loved this and we thought it would be great for the community.” Jaycees will be giving out by coloring books and the two will be going on a book tour and reading the book to local students.
The World’s Biggest Fish Fry has generated 500 copies to give out as coloring books at the souvenir table in the Fish Tent and presented Aubry and Karsyn with their own hard back color copies.
