Paris, Tenn.–This year’s World’s Biggest Fish Fry souvenir book was dedicated in memory of the late Wyatt Owens, who served as a Jaycee for many years and was a past-president. Owens also had been presented the U.S. Jaycee Ambassadorship Award, highest award to be given to a local club member. He served as Treasurer and General Manager of the Fish Fry over the years.
