Members of the 2025-26 Union City High School girls’ basketball squad gathered for their final team function of the season on Wednesday.
Head coach Mason Storey gathered his players at Moustos for a delicious meal, then handed out a number of individual accolades after highlighting the Lady Tornadoes’ 16-14 campaign that ended with a third consecutive trip to the regional semifinals.
The team’s only senior, LaKiyah Gordon, received special recognition and was presented with her game jersey as a memento of her time with the program and her final season in a UCHS uniform.
