Puryear, Tenn.–The Tennessee Department of Transportation will host a public meeting from 5-7 p.m. on March 26 at Harrelson School in Puryear to gather public input on the planned widening project on Highway 641 north of Paris.
This phase of the project is to extend from near Smith Road to near Howard Road north of Puryear. The proposed project is approximately 8.4 miles in length and will widen existing roadway from a two lane to a five lane which includes a center two-way left turn lane.
Harrelson School is located at 143 Puryear Country Club Rd.
