Discovery Park Transitions To New Ticketing & Membership Platform

UNION CITY, Tenn. — Discovery Park of America has transitioned to Muse, a visitor management and ticketing platform designed for museums and cultural attractions.

Muse Software provides operational technology for cultural institutions. The transition reflects a shared goal of supporting museums and cultural spaces with digital tools that improve internal operations and on-site visitor engagement.

Muse provides an operational platform that supports ticketing, customer relationship management, point-of-sale systems, fundraising, event management, communications and staff coordination. The platform is designed to integrate operational systems and improve coordination across departments.

The new system will allow Discovery Park to streamline ticket purchasing, improve membership management and expand options for special events and group bookings. It will also enhance transaction speed at entry and retail locations and provide reporting tools to better understand attendance and engagement.

Discovery Park members will receive an email prompting them to register for their membership portal in the new system as part of the transition from the previous platform, Blackbaud Altru. The email will come from noreply@discoveryparkofamerica.com.
