Paris, Tenn.–A large crowd gathered Friday afternoon to congratulate long-time Judge Vicki Snyder on her retirement. The gathering brought together people from all over the county and beyond who have known her through her lengthy career as General Sessions and Juvenile Court Judge. Snyder was given the Loyal Patriot Award by County Mayor Randy Geiger. The award is the highest honor that can be bestowed on a citizen of Henry County. The reception was hosted by the juvenile court staff. Among those present were county and city officials and Judge Tommy Moore of Weakley County, former Judge Donald Parish, and several representatives of the local and area judicial system. In photo, numerous present and former members of the area judicial system pose with Snyder.
