PARIS, TN – The Henry County No Fly Zone is competing this week as they travel to Florida, showcasing the elite talent of our local marksmen.

Leading the charge this year is Head Coach Jonathan Carver. As the program continues to grow, Coach Carver is eager to share the team’s mission and details about their current Florida circuit and urges interested youth to contact him.

While not a school sponsored sport, it is offered to youth in Henry County. Henry County High School (HCHS) sophomore Cooper Carver is a varsity shooter for the No-Fly Zone, Cooper began his journey in 2020. An avid outdoorsman who loves hunting and fishing, Cooper has his sights set on the future, aiming to secure a collegiate shooting scholarship. He is the son of Raychel and Jason Sutherland and Jonathan Carver.

HCHS Senior Branden “Bam” Thompson is wrapping up an impressive high school career, “Bam” has been shooting since 2020. This year marks his final season as a varsity shooter before he makes the exciting transition to the collegiate level. His parents are Neil and Katie Thompson.

Good luck to the team in the Sunshine State!
