Camden, Tenn.–Camden Water Department utility crews continue to respond to multiple water main breaks due to the frigid arctic air still lingering after last weekend’s winter storm passed through Benton County. In photo, water distribution team members, Max Fisher and KJ Stone brave extreme cold temperatures to install a repair clamp on a 6” water main to stop the leak. This main was repaired under pressure, so none of our valued customers lost water service during repair efforts. Their quick work along with other dedicated team members helps keep our vital water utility operating, especially when the demand for water soars due to increased customer usage in sub-freezing temperatures.
