From the City of Paris:
Paris residents: For your safety, and for the safety of our sanitation employees, there will be no residential garbage pickup for the remainder of this week due to dangerous winter weather conditions. 
We do not want anyone risking injury trying to get trash to the curb, and these conditions also make it unsafe for our crews to operate routes.
We are hopeful that regular sanitation service will resume on Monday weather dependent. When routes do return, we understand that households may have more trash than usual, and the 10-bag maximum will not be enforced at that time.
Commercial sanitation will continue to run at the driver’s discretion.
