Helping Hand Radio Auction Off To Great Start

Paris, Tenn.–The Henry County Helping Hand Radio Auction is off to a great start, with $11,143 already raised at the end of its second day. There were 20 slates today, raising $4,819 for the day, with items donated by the Henry County Fair Association, Masonic/OES, Moose Lodge, Paris Academy for the Arts and Tower of Praise Church.

Items ranged from homemade soups and casseroles to cupcakes and brownies and craft items.

Today’s auctioneer was Amy Veazey, with Lakeway Kiwanis members manning the phones.

Wednesday’s items will be donated by East Wood Clinic, Tomorrow’s Hope, Paris Surgical Specialists, and West Tennessee Bone and Joint.
