The Paris–Henry County Volunteer Center is proud to recognize Bob Frame as the 2025 Volunteer of the Year. Bob’s dedication to service and his steady commitment to helping others have made a meaningful impact on countless local families and individuals, according to Tara Wilson.

As the leader of the VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) program in Paris, Tennessee, Bob has devoted his time and expertise to ensuring residents receive accurate, reliable tax assistance at no cost. His work not only eases a stressful process for many, but also strengthens our community through compassion, integrity, and service. Bob will be honored at the Governor’s Volunteer Stars Award banquet in Franklin on March 8.  Congratulations to Bob on this well-deserved honor!
