Union City, Tenn.–Atlanta-based investor Moses Choi, in partnership with Premier Hotel Corporation today announced the acquisition of a three-hotel portfolio in Union City.
The portfolio includes the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Union City, the Sleep Inn & Suites at Discovery Park of America, and the MainStay Suites Union City.
All three hotels are strategically located adjacent to Discovery Park of America, a major regional attraction and economic driver for Northwest Tennessee.
The hotels were acquired through LLC partnerships in which Choi serves as the managing and controlling member.
The seller, Hoosier Creek Hospitality, LLC, completed the transaction as a strategic divestiture, enabling the Graham family to focus on other business interests, most notably the ongoing Houser Creek Crossing mixed-use development that is directly adjacent to the hotels and Discovery Park of America.
Premier Hotel Corporation has managed the properties since February 1, 2024, following an introduction between Anna Graham and Premier Vice President of Development John Bowen.
Premier Hotel Corporation will continue to provide full-service hotel management and marketing advisory services under the new ownership.
Choi and the new ownership group look forward to further enhancing the performance and reputation of the properties while continuing to serve the Union City market.
