Tipton County, Tenn.–Santa Claus was caught in Tipton County on surveillance camera in someone’s living room going up the chimney after leaving gifts last night.
Sheriff Shannon Beasley said dispatch received a call of a “suspicious, heavy set, male in a red furry suit and red hat with a white ball on top. One of our residents captured the male on a security camera in their living room. The male was last seen on camera going up the chimney.”
The sheriff’s office “believe this man to be Santa Clause but we are still trying to confirm if this is him. By the surveillance photo it appears to be Santa himself and he was heard leaving the area yelling Ho, Ho, Ho with bells “jingling”!!”
Considering how hot it got in the area yesterday, Santa was probably pretty sweaty in that suit.
