Patricia Belle Stephens, age 80 of Paris, Tennessee, passed away November 19, 2025. She was born August 15, 1945, in Sedalia, Missouri, daughter of the late Edward Ross and Mary Grace (Spurlock) Sanford.
On October 29, 1963, in Roeland Park, Kansas, she was united in marriage to Larry Stephens, who preceded her in death on June 26, 2014.
She was a member of the First Christian Church in Paris, Tennessee and the Paris Quota Club. She enjoyed traveling, especially to national parks; birdwatching; and decorating for holidays. She most enjoyed being a wonderful mother to her daughters and many other loved ones.
Pat is survived by her daughters, Rachel Terrell (Patrick) and Laura Susan Stephens, all of Paris, as well numerous relatives and friends. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Michael Ross Sanford and Eugene Paul Sanford.
Graveside services and interment will be held in the Versailles Cemetery on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.
