Paris Landing State Park officials have announced the enhancement of visitor safety measures at the marina. This was made possible by the collective efforts of its dedicated Friends of Paris Landing group, marina staff, and maintenance team.
A BPU grant funded the purchase and installation of four new Guardian Life Ring Safety Cabinets.
These highly visible safety resources are strategically located at the marina entrance, A and B docks, and in the bend of Southwalk. Each cabinet is equipped with safety instructions, a U.S. Coast Guard approved life ring, throw rope, and a ladder for emergencies .
