Paris, Tenn.–“Dell Carter Day” will be celebrated with a reception Friday afternoon at the Henry County Courthouse.
Carter recently retired from the Henry County Commission, after having served some 22 years. He was presented with a proclamation recognizing “Dell Carter Day” at Monday night’s Commission meeting.
County Mayor asked everyone “to join us in thanking Dell for his service”.
The reception will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Chancery Courtroom in the courthouse.
