Paris, Tenn.–It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas in downtown Paris. The Paris Parks and Recreation guys were busy Thursday, putting up the tree and giant Christmas ornaments at the downtown plaza and the city crews placed the decorations on light poles throughout downtown last week. Santa will be arriving in downtown Paris Friday, November 28, the day after Thanksgiving for North Pole Family Fun Day. Festivities will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with Santa’s Sleigh Ride, trackless train rides, Festival of Trees and more. Shannon McFarlin photo.
