Tiptonville, Tenn.–Don’t miss the annual Reelfoot Pelican Birding Festival where you can witness hundreds of these incredible birds during their fall migration. It starts today and goes through Sunday, October 26 at the Reelfoot Lake State Park, Tiptonville.
Friday activities include the two-hour Pelican Van Tours at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. They continue on Saturday and Sunday. Vendors open from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Registration for art and photography contest begins at 1 p.m. and an Evening with an Owel by the campfire in the South Campground is at 7 p.m.
