On Friday, the Murray Police Department initiated an investigation into threatening statements made by Timothy Christian Crouse. The investigation showed that Crouse had sent an email to groups threatening to kill police officers in Murray. An arrest warrant was obtained for Crouse for Terroristic Threatening 2nd degree, and MPD officers served the warrant and arrested Crouse on 9/27/2025. Crouse was lodged in the Calloway County Jail.
The Murray Police Department would like to remind everyone that any person charged with a criminal offense is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
