Springville, Tenn.–Camp Hazlewood came alive again with Girl Scouts of all ages as 66 registered scouts and 70 adults and family members participated in the second Girl Scouts Love State Parks Nationwide event.
Children rotated through 10 stations practicing scouting skills and making new friends.
Paris Landing officials thanked all leaders who work with these wonderful children and spent the day with them. Special thanks to Bill’s Archery of Paris, the State Park maintenance crew, and volunteers: Laura, Diann, Vicki Jo, Strei, James, Raven, Tristan, and our artist Karen for all the amazing hours helping with this event. And thank you to Friends of Paris Landing State Park for providing the free bottles of ice water!
