
West Tennessee–On Friday, August 29, the Tennessee Highway Patrol and partnering law enforcement agencies conducted the “Don’t Let It Be You On Highway 22” traffic enforcement campaign in West Tennessee.
Officers, deputies, and troopers conducted traffic enforcement along Highway 22 from the Kentucky state line to the Mississippi state line to have a safe start to Labor Day Weekend.
The enforcement resulted in 183 speeding citations, 20 seat belt citations, 21 Hands Free law violations (distracted driving) and 2 DUIs.
