Kennett. Billie Jo is a 79-year-old white female, 5’1″, 140 lbs., with gray hair and hazel eyes. She
left her residence in Martin, Tennessee, at approximately 8:00 a.m. CST on September 7, 2025.
She was driving a white 2002 Buick Park Avenue with Tennessee license plate 136BMTV. Billie
Jo has a medical condition that may impair her ability to return safely without assistance. If you
