Dyersburg, Tennessee – Golfers, mark your calendars, as Dyersburg State Community College (DSCC) is set to host its Annual Golf Tournament on Friday, October 24, 2025, at the Lenox Event & Golf Co., at 2100 Clubhouse Drive in Dyersburg.

The tournament will kick off with lunch at 11:30 a.m., followed by a shotgun start at 1:00 p.m. Teams of four will compete in a scramble format, with entry at $480 per team.

Registration includes everything players need for a fantastic day on the course, all for one price:

  • Lunch and refreshments
  • Golf towels and tees
  • Mulligans, Eagle Swing, Daly Hole
  • Contests (Putting Contest, Closest to the Pin, and Longest Drive)

And that’s not all—each participant will also be entered for a chance to win a brand-new gas grill, courtesy of Lowe’s in Dyersburg.

DSCC President Dr. Scott Cook highlighted the tournament’s impact: “The annual Ed Lannom Jr. Golf Tournament is a great time on the golf course, but most importantly, it’s an investment in our student-athletes and the future of our college and our athletic programs. The support that we receive in this event supports scholarships, promoting our excellence on and off the field.”

In addition to registering a team, industries and individuals may choose to sponsor the event at our signature sponsor levels of Platinum at $1,000, Gold at $750, and Silver at $500 or provide a $100 contest or hole sponsorship.

Proceeds from the event directly benefit student athletic programs and initiatives at DSCC, ensuring that the college continues providing opportunities to change lives and strengthen the West Tennessee communities that DSCC serves.
