Union City, Tenn.–The first-ever Junk Car Race was a hit at the Obion County Fair, which goes through August 23. Today will be another busy day, with the Junior Livestock Auction being the highlight at 7 pm. Other activities include viewing of exhibits, The Butterfly Encounter, the TWRA Wildlife on Wheels, the Fairshow Musical and the AC-43 Concert. The carnival opens at 6 p.m. and the nightly drawing is at 9 p.m.
